1. Appointment Policies Booking and Deposits
- A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments
- Deposits will be applied toward the total cost of your service
- All appointments must be booked in advance through our authorized booking system
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- 48 hours advance notice is required to reschedule or cancel appointments
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the $50 deposit
- Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis and require documentation
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for rescheduling without penalty
No-Show Policy
- Failure to appear for your scheduled appointment constitutes a no-show
- No-shows will result in immediate forfeiture of the $50 deposit
- If you have purchased a package, one session will be removed from your package in addition to deposit forfeiture
- Repeated no-shows may result in suspension of booking privileges
2. Payment and Refund Policy
Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made
- We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards
- Package deals must be paid in full at the time of purchase
Refund Policy
- All sales are final – NO REFUNDS will be issued for any services or packages
- This includes but is not limited to: completed services, package deals, deposits, and gift certificates
- Services cannot be transferred to another person
- Package sessions have expiration dates and unused sessions will not be refunded after expiration
3. Service Policies
- Age Requirements
- Clients must be 18 years or older for all services
- Valid government-issued photo ID is required for all appointments
- Minors aged 16-17 may receive certain services with written parental consent and parent present
- Children up to 10 years old may wait in the designated waiting area but are NOT allowed in the treatment rooms
- Health and Safety
- Clients must disclose all medical conditions, medications, and allergies prior to service
- We reserve the right to refuse service if health conditions present contraindications
- Pregnant or nursing clients must obtain physician approval before receiving services
- Clients under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be refused service
- Consultation Requirements
- New clients may require a consultation before certain procedures
- Consultation fees apply and are separate from service costs
- Service recommendations are based on individual assessment and professional judgment
4. Client Responsibilities
- Arrive on time for scheduled appointments (late arrivals may result in shortened service time)
- Follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions provided
- Inform staff immediately of any discomfort or adverse reactions during treatment
- Maintain appropriate behavior and respect for staff and other clients
- Keep personal belongings secure (Art Evo Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items)
5. Package Terms
- Package deals are valid for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise specified
- Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable
- Package sessions must be used by the original purchaser only
- Unused sessions expire and hold no cash value after expiration date
- Package prices are subject to change; purchased packages honor original pricing

- Clients assume inherent risks associated with aesthetic procedures
7. Privacy and Photography
- Client information is kept confidential in accordance with privacy laws
- Before and after photos may be taken for documentation and marketing purposes
- Written consent is required for use of client images in promotional materials
- Clients may opt out of photography at any time
8. Studio Policies
- Mobile phones should be silenced during treatments
- Food and beverages are not permitted in treatment areas
- Smoking and vaping are prohibited on the premises
- Children and additional guests are not permitted in treatment areas for safety reasons
- We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate treatment at our discretion
9. Gift Certificates
- Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from date of purchase
- Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Lost gift certificates cannot be replaced
- Gift certificate balances cannot be applied to gratuities
10. Modifications and Governing Law
- Art Evo Studio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time
- Updated terms will be posted on our website and take effect immediately
- These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada
- Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario
